When you login and then try to use any of the Contact Support buttons, it just gives the option ' Upgrade for Personal Support'. If you try the Contact Support link, it just directs you to login. Worse yet, I can't even simply email them back to reopen the issue, because there's not NO WAY to email support via email, or even call. I then tried again at the start of July, and now it just sends me an 'LastPass Support Auto Reply' dontreply email it appears they silently closed the ticket with no communication or resolution to me. I waited until May and tried to follow up, no response. That was the last response I received from them. They stated 'I'll be gladly reaching back once we have more information'. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, so I followed up March 24th. They still couldn't figure it out and escalated to Level 3 support. Over the next 3 weeks, I worked with Level 1 and Level 2 support, supplying whatever information and pictures they needed. Back in February I put in a ticket for a bug regarding Autofill, ticket 18638911.
